Onirique Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. General

The ONIRIQUE Paris Gift Card may be used exclusively on
oniriqueparis-fr.com for eligible products and services.

2. Validity

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

3. Redemption

  • The gift card balance may be applied at checkout using the unique gift card code.

  • If the purchase exceeds the available balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

  • If the order total is lower than the gift card balance, the remaining amount will stay available for future purchases until expiration.

4. Non-Refundable

Gift cards:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Are non-refundable

  • Cannot be returned once purchased

5. Lost or Stolen Cards

ONIRIQUE Paris is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

6. Restrictions

Gift cards may not be resold, transferred for value, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

7. Fraud Prevention

ONIRIQUE Paris reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards and related orders in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

ONIRIQUE Paris shall not be liable for technical issues, delays, or interruptions affecting the use of the gift card.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France.
