This website is operated by ONIRIQUE PARIS, an independent jewellery brand registered in France. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ONIRIQUE PARIS. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order with Onirique Paris, you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following Terms of Sale. All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of pricing. We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 48 business hours. Your order will be considered accepted once your items have been dispatched.

To place an order through our website, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using this site, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current, and that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted with your order.

Orders & Contract Formation

Once your order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only once your order has been dispatched. The contract between you and Onirique Paris applies solely to the products listed in the dispatch confirmation email.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping fees are calculated separately and added at checkout.

While we strive to ensure all product descriptions and pricing are accurate, occasional errors may occur. Should a pricing or typographical error arise, we reserve the right not to process the affected order. In such cases, we will contact you promptly with the corrected information, and you may choose to proceed with or cancel your order.

Promotional Codes

From time to time, Onirique Paris may offer promotional codes applicable to selected purchases. Certain collections or limited-edition items may be excluded from promotional offers. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise specified.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 48 business hours. Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure all shipping information is accurate and complete.

Once your order has been delivered, responsibility for the goods passes to you. Onirique Paris cannot be held liable for lost or misplaced packages once proof of delivery has been provided by the carrier. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Should we be unable to complete delivery despite reasonable efforts, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid, less any shipping, storage, or handling costs incurred.

Faulty Items

If your item develops a fault within 7 days of delivery, please contact us with proof of purchase and proof of damage and we will gladly arrange an exchange or refund where applicable. After 7 days, we will assess the item and, where appropriate, offer a repair or replacement in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The legal guarantees do not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, negligence, improper handling, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal wear and tear. Jewelry is delicate by nature and must be handled with appropriate care. Damage caused after delivery by external factors or improper use is not considered a product defect.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If the products you receive are damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact Onirique Paris as soon as possible at and no later than 7days after the issue is identified.

Where appropriate, we may offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund for items deemed faulty. In certain cases, we may request that the item be returned for inspection before processing a resolution. Return shipping costs for international orders may not be reimbursed unless required by applicable law.

If an order is delivered in excess of the quantity purchased, customers are required to notify us promptly so appropriate arrangements can be made.

Products

We strive to display our jewellery products as accurately as possible. However:

  • slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of certain items
  • colors may vary depending on device screens
  • natural stones and pearls may differ slightly in shape, tone, or texture

These variations are not considered defects.

Jewellery Care Disclaimer

Our jewellery should be handled with care.

To prolong product lifespan, we recommend avoiding:

  • water exposure
  • perfume and cosmetics
  • chlorine and salt water
  • excessive humidity

Natural wear and tarnishing over time are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Allergies & Materials

Material information is provided on each product page.

Customers with metal sensitivities or allergies should carefully review product materials before purchasing. We are not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from individual sensitivities.

Jewellery Box Opt-Out

Customers may choose to opt out of receiving a jewellery box where available.

Any associated discount is applied at checkout and has no cash value outside the order.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within a 3 days after the estimated delivery date, you must notify us within 5 working days. Once notified, we will work with you to either:

  • Arrange re-delivery of the missing goods; or
  • Issue a refund for the affected items.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onirique Paris shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational damage arising from delivery delays or order-related issues.

Consumer Liability

If you are purchasing as a consumer, Onirique Paris is responsible for foreseeable loss or damage resulting directly from our breach of these Terms or our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.

Nothing within these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • Defective products under applicable consumer protection laws; or
  • Breaches of your statutory consumer rights.

Our products are intended for personal, non-commercial use. If products are used for resale, commercial, or business purposes, our liability may be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Business Customers

For business customers, except where prohibited by law, Onirique Paris excludes liability for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, profit, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for the products concerned.

Courier & Technical Limitations

Once an order has been dispatched and transferred to the courier, delivery times and handling are outside of our direct control. While we work with trusted shipping partners, Onirique Paris cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, severe weather, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

We also do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website and shall not be liable for technical issues, internet outages, system failures, or website interruptions.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

If you are a consumer within the European Union and are dissatisfied with how a complaint has been handled, you may be entitled to submit your dispute through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

All formal notices from you to Onirique Paris must be submitted in writing via email to contact@oniriquepairs-fr.com. Notices from us may be communicated through our website or via email.

Severability

If any provision within these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid and enforceable.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

Force Majeure

Onirique Paris shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, network failures, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional codes may be subject to exclusions, minimum spend requirements, or product restrictions. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Discount codes cannot be combined;
  • Promotions cannot be applied retroactively;
  • Shipping fees and gift wrapping are excluded from discounts;
  • Refunds will reflect the discounted purchase price.

Onirique Paris reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.

Competitions & Giveaways

From time to time, Onirique Paris may host competitions, giveaways, or promotional campaigns. Participation constitutes acceptance of the applicable terms associated with that promotion.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal value where necessary and to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or in breach of these Terms.

By entering any competition or giveaway, participants grant Onirique Paris the right to use submitted content, names, and social media handles for promotional and marketing purposes, unless prohibited by law.
