Return and refund


What is your return policy?

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, through submitting your request via email. Once your return has been received and approved, your replacement will be dispatched. 

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • be unworn and unused
  • be in original condition
  • include original packaging
  • show no signs of damage or wear


How do I return an item?

To request a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) name(s) you wish to return
  • the reason for return
  • quantity

Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

 

Return Shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.

 

What if my item is damaged?

If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the matter.

Any item raised to us after 14 days of delivery will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.

 

What are the refund options?

Refunds can be issued either to your original payment method or to your store credit. We offer an additional 100 points if you choose to receive your refund to your store credit.

 

How do I send my return?

Return shipping instructions will be shared via email following approval of your request.

 

What is the refund timeframe?

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.

 

I still haven't received my refund after returning my items, is that normal?

Don't worry, the refund process is triggered when your item arrives at the warehouse, this may take a few days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

  1. check your bank account again
  2. contact your payment provider
  3. contact your bank
