Shipping and Delivery

Which shipping methods does Onirique use?

We ship orders via Mondial Relay, Chronopost, Colissimo and FedEx. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.

Do you ship internationally?

We deliver to all European countries, as well as the United Kingdom , with rates calculated at checkout.

What are the delivery times?

Orders within France are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days. International shipping are typically delivered within 5 to 8 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within France is free on orders over €60. For orders under €60, the shipping fee depends on the shipping method you select. International shipping is free on orders over €140 or €150 depending on your location. For orders below the amount stated above, the shipping fee depends on the shipping location you select.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by logging into your Onirique account under “My Orders.” A tracking number will also be sent to you by email once your order has shipped.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update your delivery address. Once the order has been dispatched, changes are no longer possible—you will need to contact the courier directly.

Please note that Onirique is not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to address changes.

My order has the status "delivered" but I haven't received it, what should I do?

Haven't received any updates on your order? Don't hesitate to contact Onirique customer service at customerservice@oniriqueparis-fr.com, where our customer service representatives will conduct the necessary investigation with the carrier.
