Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders via Mondial Relay, Chronopost, Colissimo and FedEx. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.

We deliver to all European countries, as well as the United Kingdom, with rates calculated at checkout.

Orders within France are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days. International shipping are typically delivered within 5 to 8 business days.

Shipping within France is free on orders over €60. For orders under €60, the shipping fee depends on the shipping method you select.

Standard home delivery: 3 to 5 business days €3.90 - Free for orders over €60

Delivery to a collection point: 3 to 5 business days €1.90 - Free for orders over €60

Express home delivery: 1 to 2 business days €6.90 -Free for orders over €80

International shipping is free on orders over €80 . For orders below the amount stated above, standard home delivery is €5.90

You can track your order by logging into your Onirique account under “My Orders.” A tracking number will also be sent to you by email once your order has shipped.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update your delivery address. Once the order has been dispatched, changes are no longer possible—you will need to contact the courier directly.

Please note that Onirique is not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to address changes.

Returns & Refund

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, through submitting your request via email. Once your return has been received and approved, your replacement will be dispatched. 

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • be unworn and unused
  • be in original condition
  • include original packaging
  • show no signs of damage or wear

Please include:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) name(s) you wish to return
  • the reason for return
  • quantity

Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the matter.

Any item raised to us after 14 days of delivery will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds can be issued either to your original payment method or to your store credit. We offer an additional 100 points if you choose to receive your refund to your store credit.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
