ONIRIQUE Loyalty Program – Terms & Conditions

These Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the ONIRIQUE Loyalty Program (“Program”) offered by ONIRIQUE (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By joining the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The ONIRIQUE Loyalty Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older with a valid customer account.

Participation is free and limited to one account per person.

2. Earning Points

Members earn points through eligible purchases and approved engagement activities.

Purchase Rewards

  • €1 spent = 1 point

Points are calculated based on the final order amount after discounts, excluding:

  • shipping fees

  • taxes

  • gift cards

  • refunded or canceled purchases

Points are added after the order has been fulfilled.

3. Additional Ways to Earn

Members may also earn points through the following activities:

Leave a product review 50 points
Birthday reward 100 points
Post about ONIRIQUE on Instagram 50 points
Refer a friend 160 points

Additional Conditions

  • Instagram posts must tag the official ONIRIQUE account to qualify.

  • Reviews must be genuine and relate to a verified purchase.

  • Referral rewards are issued only after the referred customer completes a qualifying purchase.

  • Birthday rewards are issued once per calendar year.


4. Redeeming Rewards

Points may be redeemed for discount rewards as follows:

Points Reward Value
100 points €5 reward
250 points €18 reward
350 points €28 reward
500 points €45 reward

Redemption Rules

  • Rewards may only be used on eligible purchases at ONIRIQUE.

  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Only one reward may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

  • Rewards cannot be applied to shipping fees, gift cards, or limited-edition items unless specified.

5. Referrals

Referral rewards are intended for personal use only.

Self-referrals, fake accounts, or fraudulent referrals are prohibited and may result in removal from the Program.

6. Point Expiration

Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity unless otherwise stated.

Inactive accounts may lose accumulated points without notice.

7. Returns & Refunds

If an order is refunded or canceled:

  • points earned from that purchase will be removed from the member’s account

  • rewards redeemed on refunded purchases may be canceled or adjusted

8. Account Misuse

ONIRIQUE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of:

  • fraudulent activity

  • abuse of the Program

  • manipulation of rewards

  • violation of these Terms

Any associated points or rewards may be forfeited.

9. Program Changes

ONIRIQUE may modify, pause, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time, including:

  • point values

  • reward structures

  • eligible earning activities

  • redemption rules

Any updates will become effective upon publication on our website or customer communications.

10. Privacy

Participation in the Program is subject to the ONIRIQUE Privacy Policy.

Customer information will be used solely for Program administration, marketing communications, and customer experience purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

ONIRIQUE is not responsible for:

  • technical issues

  • delayed points

  • unauthorized account access

  • lost rewards

  • system interruptions

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.

Any disputes arising from the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
